  • One of the best songs of one of best progressive bands. Hurra!!

  • Wow, I like Echoes album, entire, is beautiful

  • When I started playing in the band, the first cover tune I've learnt was camel - snow goose. From that time to nowadays I'm in love with this band. they are EXTREMELY underrated. And their music will be in my ears and soul forever. Harmonies of heaven. Groove of masters. It's sad that they are not mentioned as the one of most influent bands of all time.

  • @drAfter11: "their music will be in my ears and soul forever"

I think this is the opinion of everyone who likes amazing music. You know you feel the same when you can hum and sing the tunes when they are not playing.

  • Yes, Camel is a fantastic band ! I hope Andy Latimer will be playing his music soon again because he recovered from a long illness. All the best to him !

If you are looking for similar music i must recommend "Odyssice". They play the same music as Camel does in their own style. Really worth listening.

  • im 22 and i love psycadelia its the best music and somehow this band and the band gentle giant were not in my life untill i was 22 wtf i grew up to this kinda stuff i listen to floyd and zepp and the who and supertramp so how is it that my dad nvr turned this band on wow wat a 22 year loss

  • @joeyhage try also emerson lake and palmer, yes and jethro tull

  • Wonderful! Happy New Year 2011!

  • I personally think and I dont care if this is an underrated band... Camel' music just need no hype..it is good by itself..

  • i'm 36 years old and i just discovered camel so for more than 35 yars that i was in the dark.i agree one of the most underrated band of all time.

  • @morzer Im 33 and I'm Camel fan since 1975.. :P Even before I was born.

  • Nice hair. Even better music.

    70's prog = ♥

  • Actually, it's a bit weird that you can't find that kind of band today. Most of the 70's bands were awesome and so were their songs.

Some actual bands are trying to sound like them but they just fail. What is so different between the 60's/70's and today ?

    I can't understand that ...

  • @Lyte57

Well, today's bands can barely play their Instruments but their musical efforts/albums are hyped and marketed as great masterpieces while in the seventies they would have been dismissed as pure junk. Today you don't have time to master the craft. You gotta make money before the next "great act" enters the stage.

  • The lyrics to this song are amazing... so are the vocals.. and the drums.. and the guitar... and the keyboard... i love the chord changes i love the rhythms i love the smooth picking i love the hard solo's i love the precision i love the progression i love the way singer and guitarist play together i fucking love this song

  • Molte grazie, che ricordi!!!

  • No words to explain what I feel when I listen to this song...god!!!!!Classical music...

  • esta cancio de camel es una de las mayores obras y por cierto de las preimeras cuando camel era el original y es el mejor grupo mas por peter bardens su extecladista

  • Minuto 3:47, beutiful melody!! great song!

    great group!!

    Camel never die...never let go!!!!

  • It's so soft and hard, very beautiful..

  • this is one of the best camel sonGss

. . .Im fuckd up :/ jajajajajajaja this is great. Dambrat Ba-Ba.

  • I just started getting into progressive rock again.... a month or so back I was lucky enough to come across King Crimsons debut. I only hope one day I come across this record, no progressive rock collection is complete without Camels debut.

  • These guys can play any camel to the oasis .-) Real music-nomads

  • fucking criminally underrated band!!!!!

    sooooo good!!!!!!

  • @jocovo84 just discovered these guys and i like what i hear. Any idea what album I should start on?

  • @joecrow24 My favorite is Moonmadness: Chord change, Air Born, A song within a song.

Some say Mirage with: The white rider, Lady fantasy

The snow goose: Rhayader. Fully instrumental album.

My favorite tune is from I can see your house from here: Ice. Hymn to her, is also very good, but the album has weak moments.

Andy Latimer has been sick and had a bone marrow transplant, is composing again.

  • @joecrow24 depends what your into, if you like more traditional rock their first two albums camel and mirage are the best, for more delicate composed pieces the Snow Goose and Moonmadness, Id just listen to the albums on grooveshark then buy the one you like the most

  • @joecrow24 all albums are just perfect. u can start with mirage and nude, and perhaps the snow goose. once u get the kick of it then get them all. its worth it

  • best song!!!!!!

  • Wow, intersting, reminds me of early Gentle Giant, I remember hearing of these guys decades ago. Reminds me of a distant land of magic we often call the 70s' How the world has changed.....

  • good song and one of my favourite bands. Andy I pray for you

  • great

  • i always love this band and this a great song, nice choice
