Reforestation: the restocking of existing forests and woodlands which have been depleted.
Afforestation: establishing a forest on land that is not a forest, or has not been a forest for a long time by planting trees or their seeds.

I'm watching this video because I have a
young tree that has some branches groing
straight out instead of upward... can I
cute those branches, actually, it's just
one. I remember hearing somewhere that
people call them sucker branches. thanks.
