They come off if you have your wheel removed - with a simple push from the inner back side of the roundel. Or, if you dare - using a flat head screw driver and gently wedge it against the wheel to pop them out. But, be Very careful not to damage or scratch the finish of your wheel. You have been warned. Good luck.
I had to whip the toothbrush out and give it a good ol' scrubbing. Throw in some "Fast Orange" into the mix... it turned out pretty good. Almost brand new looking.
