I fear that 2000 years of Christianity has led to so many interpretations, it's hard to know everything .. that is unless you are God Himself, which you are not, and neither am I. This is one favorite songs of all time. Its crazy...but my favorite song is "Rock With You" by MJ....since 79. I was little singing that song. And this one. I was in elementary school singing this song...LOL. MJ is the soundtrack to a lot of our lives. RIP Sweet King!
