@rawrimmasexydinasour this is actually just a country dish(seen in 'eagle's flashback in the movie,but remy cuts them into neat,this circles,tops them 1 after another and adds a spoon of some kind of meat broth/stock (the one he usually pours with a spoon and circles around the dish,in my version,i use half a cup of the broth directly without waiting until its done,and in my version,i dont use any thyme or basil. this is just for ur advice,so make ur own version,it might taste better =)

That's not real ratatouille. Ratatouille contains eggplant, tomatoes and zuchini and are cooked seperately before being put all together to simmer in a pot.
