I've been listening to NLOTH today and, so far, I'm underwhelmed. Nothing even remotely stands out as, say, a "Beautiful Day", "Vertigo" or "City of Blinding Lights". It's pretty milquetoast. Only "Magnificent" seems to be fairly memorable. Disappointing.

I have to say this may not be the best U2 offering, but it is still amazing! don't expect the lush synth driven anthems ala "Atomic Bomb"..this one is different indeed! It's more soulful, conceptual and mixed (what do you expect with Eno and Lanios), but it's still really good. Probably wont rank as the best U2, but NLOTH is still a must have for fans. And the gorgeous synths on this video are NOT part of the album, just an FYI.
