Wow, horrendous vocals. Singers can have off days, poor equipment can mess up the EQ, and a recording can take away the punch, but none of that will make your vocals this weak and your pitch so erratic. Even if its not your style, listen to Joe Cocker 'with a little help from my friends" at Woodstock, Janis Joplin "Cry Baby" in Toronto, then you'll hear singers with voices so strong the studio could never capture them, as opposed to a voice that can only be made in the studio, like this band.

@ArtistryofDebauchery nahh. trances is over. there was a fight between some band members. jordan and michael have no contact to dj and this yeti guitarist... he makes solo... actually he will colloborate with etienne sin again. currently they are in the studio recording a full length. but there were several rumors because of trances break up and that a skylit drive didnt tour for months (between album release and warped) that jordan comes back to a skylit drive.

Your voice is horrible. Nice job to the studio engineer who made you voice sound awesome by using auto tune. So typical of these bands. That's why Saosin got rid of their old singer and got Tilian Pearson. Take some lessons. Find a day job. Stop focusing on spinning you drum sticks and practice on technique.

@gingerkid16 have you ever used auto tune? auto tune doesnt make a crap singer a good one. and if you use a pitch-correction software (Gsnap,Nectar, auto-tune) and use it lightly enough to not sound like a robot it doesnt sound good.. unless the singer can hit theyre notes, and you cant be tone deafs to hit any of jags notes. btw im a guy, and im an audio engineer i know how vocal editing goes down in the studio. SFTU about what you dont understand.

@gingerkid16 have you ever used auto tune? auto tune doesnt make a crap singer a good one. and if you use a pitch-correction software (Gsnap,Nectar, auto-tune) and use it lightly enough to not sound like a robot it doesnt sound good.. unless the singer can hit theyre notes, and you cant be tone deafs to hit any of jags notes. btw im a guy, and im an audio engineer i know how vocal editing goes down in the studio. @gingerkid16 oh and if he relied on autotune that much.. he would have have a AT rack system for live performances.. you can hear his pitchyness, you try singing perfect in a crap venue. get some experience in this profession before you act like you know whats going on, and dont you dare come back and say you do. because i honestly dont like ASD but i dont talk shit because i know the balls it takes to be in a full time touring band.

ASD is great live, they actually move around and have enthusiasm, DGD is sooo fuckin boring live, look at every single one of their live videos, everyone stands around, jonny casually walks around, mess usually stands on the amps at the front, will occasionally shakes his head, the 2 touring guitarists just stand there, mingus looks bored all the time....and it looking like such a boring ass show.
