It's not from a 'Xena: Warrior Princess' episode, but from 'Hercules: The Legendary Journeys' season 4 episode 14, 'Armageddon Now Part 2'. An alternate universe ep set in Corinth where Xena is an evil ruler and Gabrielle her prisoner. She orders her soldiers to crucify Gabrielle and break her legs because she has incited the people against her. (Hercules and his double, the Sovereign, are trapped in the Netherworld.) Iolaus undoes this 'timeline' with the Kronos stone that's in Xena's scepter.
