  • nice intro!! Congrats on the loss... Your doing so well. I totally agree with you about the exercise/diet. If you don't have your diet down the weight loss will be lacking to say the least.

  • I love your goals! I want to start sewing too.  What if you start sewing like clothes for your son, or a new purse or something like that. Even though I think you could totally sew something for yourself!!! What a great loss!!! Congrats!!!

  • Holy poop that was scary at the beginning! Nancy thanks so much for everything you have done for our team! I love your weight chart! You are such an inspiration. I think your videos are great already i cant wait to see what you would do with your mac! I cant wait to see how you push harder all week. Tracking is the only thing that has really helped me lose all my weight so far.

  • Nancy, you crack me up with your charts! Every time I watch one of your videos I feel the need to plot something in Excel. Just want you to know that I've been watching the Thriller dance videos. My dog thinks something is seriously wrong with me whenever I try to practice the moves. But that probably means I'm doing them right! Good job this week!

  • You're right..you can exercise all you want; it don't mean a thing if you don't have your diet down! I love the inspiration reward..LOVE IT!

It's so easy to eat your workout's worth plus a few hundred more calories, making your workout pretty much worthless in the weight loss department. Of course it's great for your heart and everything else, but you still won't lose weight! Thanks for watching and have a great week :)
