Just got the contact staff DVD and was very impressed by MCP's stuff on there. If anyone wants to learn these moves the Contact Staff DVD is the best way. I recommend it highly!!
It's a lot harder to contact smooth and gracefully going slow than fast. Slow requires finer muscle control and technique instead of relying on the staff's inertia to carry it through. MCP has great control.
Very nice indeed.. Smooth as :-)

where did you get your staff from? Also do you recommend any sites to get one at least slightly cheap, there aren't any juggling shops in my area :/

Could you tell us the title of the music - I've been humming it for over a year now. My family would rather hear the original ;o) .

this would look awsome if all you could see was the staff, would look like its floating.

This is absolute amazing! It doesn't need a "crapload of speed" to cover up for bad performance. Music and Choreographie are brilliant.
