@1TalentedG sorry,i dont know,it never happened to me,but sometimes,when my PC was full of errors,simillars things happened to me too.Probably,you have a mod into your gta and when you install other mod,that mod doesn't fit with allready installed mod and the game crushes

@DanialA11 with pleasure,this cannot be done.only with a few cars you can do this.When you go to gta inside or other site and go to cars,read the description of the car.If there is written that it can be tuned with bumpers,etc,download the car and install the bumper or what is it with img tool 2.0.Not all the cars can be tuned.For example,go to gta inside-gta san andreas-cars-audi-second page-and see the second audi(Audi R8 LMS)and read the last sentence at description.Sorry if i couldn't help.

@XSJQx Download SAMI(description),install it,then click on the icon-install a mod(dont forget to select gta san andreas directory and zip/rar file,u will see then)and click next,click next again,select the car you want to replace,name the mod to know how to find it,click install and wait a moment and then click exit and then click on the gta san andreas icon and check the new car.

@DanialA11 have you downloaded img tool 2.0?Open IMG Tool 2.0,go with the cursor at ''file'',click,click open and go where is installed gta and in the models or data folder you'll find the gta3 file.If you want to install a car,use SAMI,is very easy to use it.Search for a tutorial on you tube.

@ArmenianCwalk Well,this happened to me too,and it worked when i've installed again and again untill worked.Something else to do is to download SAMI from other sites,google it and you will find it easy,maybe you need other version,if still not work,i dont know,reinstall the windows,because you could have errors in PC,i really don't know how to help you,sorry:(

@AiZaiShotz you need to know some rules: 1=never replace a 4 door car with a 2 door car, 2=spell the cars name correctly if you replace it with S.A.M.I. EXAMPLE: replace Greenwood with Vw.Passat,name it Greenwood if u do this kind of mistakes your game will crash. Many mods have errors so after you install a car and you enter the game and it works ok, copy your gta3.img file from models anywhere so you can find it easy. gta3.img store all the buildings and cars,so when you make a mistake you
