see how the top layer says "remove film BEFORE installing"

the newer ones say remove film AFTER installing. this is quite important, as the squeege will actually scratch up the oleophobic coating on the screen shield.

a good tip is to wrap the squeege with the shammy, soften out the corners

i ordered the zagg invisible shield and i kept getting dust in it while putting it on, i kept removing it til i got all the little dust out and ruined it :( any tips on how to not get dust sticked on the sticky plastic white putting it on?

Ok, Go in your bathroom close the door and turn the shower on, as hot as possible. Wait until your bathroom is steamy as heck, and then all the dust will be out of the air and harder to get on it.

No don't use windex. I did on my iPod touch. It removes a layer from touchscreens making it rough and unresponsive since they are more than glass.

Thats the case if you use a crystal clear screen protector. However, if you use an anti-glare, it would work even better than the coating.

i'll give my 2 cents for people debating on getting the anti glare or crystal

i first had the anti glare, and i frickin love the feel of it. it has that matte finish that feels real nice. But your screen's colors don't pop at all, they just look "flat" i guess.

So i picked up the crystal today after my anti glare got real old and i never really installed it perfect. And if you like the feel of the screen without the screen shield along with the colors on the screen, get the crystal!

Carlos, I don't think you ever installed the Crystal power support. I know you did the anti-glare. Don't throw power support crystal under the bus just yet, Mine has been on for 3 weeks and looks as good and clear as the day I put it on. Not saying its better than that SGP but may be every bit as good.

The Steinheil is great, if I'm honest. That's hard to say being a die hard ZAGG IvisibleShield fan.

But i don't think there is a shield out there yet, that is way ahead of the others. So my advice would to pick a full body shield or front shield, and combine that with a case of some sort, or a pouch.

I have the InstalSHIELD and a few cases by Vaja. Total number of drops so far? around 8. Number of scratches? 0! Conclusion? I'm clumsy.
