  • "Find a park or field nearby and start flying yo saucer"

  • PLEASE WATCH OUR DISC GOLF MONTAGE!!!!!!!!!

  • go on plentyoffish and lookup diskgolf, theres about 15 strait pages of gay dudes who like it

  • Wouldn't say it is exercise but a great idea nevertheless. I bet it's a lot of fun.

  • @SoothingSound 4 mile walk and 4 mile run burn up the same calories. Walking is an excellent form of exercise, and is not strenuous on the joints.

  • Must I smoke the marijuanas for disc game to be fun?

  • Funny and informative video. This video is 5 years old and is still the best intro to Disc Golf.

  • wow...that was perfect

  • Nice video very relaxing...........zzz

  • Can you make this any nerdier.. way to go.

  • hmh.. so after 1 throw, you have to hike 1000ft down to get it... plus the chances of getting bitten by scorpion or a rattlesnake. hmh no thanks

  • I go throwing everyday (u know what I mean by throwing)

  • SEX ORGASM CALCUTTA INDIAN

  • love to play this

  • Thumbs up if you are a disc golf stoner athlete and tripped only good vibes in this video....

  • @BaronVonsFuden i feel like you and i would get along very well

  • @futureleader17 indeed...heeheheheh

  • ultimate frisbee is a much more productive exercise but for less casual players.

  • Disk golf kicks ass and anyone who hates it can fuck off

  • why am i watching this

  • @319qwertyuiop Because Disc Golf Is AWESOME!!!!!!!

  • This clip makes the game seem very boring! But the game is awesome and takes much skill!

  • im pretty sure disc golf isn't easy on my credit card haha

  • I love this game.

  • i stink at disk golf

  • check out of video on how to make your own disc golf basket, with a list of items you will need and steps.

  • 1:13 - 1:34 is bullshit. The right turn was thrown by a right handed person and the left turn was thrown by a right handed person. It is misleading, they should have had the same person throw a Monster for a right handed left curve and something like a roadrunner for a right handed right curve. Or backwards of this for a left handed thrower. Not many people can throw equally well with both hands. Or they could have shown turning disc with the same disc only changing between forearm/backhand

  • im goin to college next year and i wish they had a disc golf team!!

  • Wow there are some dumb comments on here. This is one of the best intro to disc golf videos out there.

  • there should be a superhero that throws frisbees!!!?!???!

  • Glenn Beck during the narration at the beginning?

  • The best thing about disc golf is that everyone who plays it likes to get hiiiiiiiigh

  • The throws look really good. I tried disc golf last summer, its a fun sport. I made my own little disc golf course at my summer cottage, and made a video about it. Visit my channel to check it out.

  • haha i like the "disc golf" part at 0:53

  • Looks like a great game to play while stoned

  • @KofiNateDogg I play in a league and like everyone gets stoned while we play haha

  • It's just fucking frisbee! Big deal!

  • @jumbojo ignorance is bliss,

  • @jumbojo Its just basketball! Big deal!

  • I wish there was a disc golf course near me :(

  • Agreed, greatest sport ever created. I've played golf for 17years but I think Disc Golf is my choice from now on. This is just so easy to start, cheap as hell and nearly everyone is capable of playing it but it's still better exercise than sitting at your computer or sofa. And it's especially good for your head cause you can just forget everything else:)

  • WIN

  • lol the drives in this video seem so fake its not even funny

  • The outhouse scene was pretty cool. :-)

Environmentally friendly unlike golf courses. No dress code either and cheap.

I'm going to give this a try as we have a couple of courses where I live.

  • very funny indeed.

  • They left out my throw. They say over, under, and through trees, but they left out right smack into trees.

  • @trextoter Haha ya and into the water... My friend once was having a great game on the 9th hole he was I think -4 or -5 and then his tee off on hole nine hits a tree RIGHT in front of him goes about 15 feet... Then his second throw he threw too hard and held on too long and went about 50 feet into the water... lol

so went from -4 or 5 to a DNF.

  • Looks like a stoner sport. Would love to play this in the U.K.

  • is this sport for people who dont have a friend to throw it back

  • y is this a pothead sport??! lol its true

  • @tharwpoop Because it is relaxing and easy to do. Doesnt require too much thinking so its really easy going.

Plus you can do it barefoot which is hippie friendly :)

  • Dude, I don't know if I should actually begin to do this sport. I've tried it once for like an hour, and after a few throws, believe it or not, I was able to throw a straight laser. But the thing is, its so tiring to find the disc. Its like golf but if you lose a golfball, fair. If you lose a disc, its like losing your stick in golf.

  • Disc golf is almost as lazy as playing video games.

  • @PBRMafia well have u fuckin played it dude u walk from hole to hole dumass

  • @kashik95 You have to walk to get around genius,so that really isnt that much exertion of energy.

  • @PBRMafia Try walking 5+ miles throwing every day..fuck you

  • @PBRMafia You should try it. You'll have fun. I promise. Unless you're a boring person, maybe.

  • @PBRMafia Then don't fuckin' play it.

  • @PBRMafia You are a fag.

Disc Golf uses quite a bit of energy. Just because you are too fat to play doesn't mean you have to bash it. It is the greatest sport known to man. Its easy enough for anyone to play of all all ages.

  • @denvernug600 So your assuming im fat, haha typical. Well im 5`10 145 pounds.

  • @PBRMafia So whats wrong with disc golf?

I would think that walking around playing disc golf would be better than sitting on a couch...

  • im unbeatable when im high haha

  • Great vid, I think it will help new people to understand it. I am trying to help them find a place to throw.

  • This was possibly the gayest video in the history of mankind.

  • Guardians of fudge packing.

  • @Zaxxen69 0/10 Try harder, bro.

  • @RayKoenig999 eat crap homo!

  • So do you just use a normal frisbee?

  • @pokingsloth there are special disc golf frisbees, sort of like clubs for golf

  • the guy lifting weights at the beginning looks like ron russell.

  • where is this course?

  • I really enjoyed this video!!!

  • disc golf its surprisingly really fun

  • Pretty funny vid check out my frisbee golf vid if u got some time to waste

  • This cant be a serious game...

  • @xPearlxDrummerx ive only played a few times but from what ive seen it requires an insane ammount of raw talent and practice...try it and compare yourself to the pros

  • @xPearlxDrummerx They have PDGA professional tournaments with over a million dollars in total purse amounts. Also one of the biggest growing sports at the moment. do a local search of courses and you might find one in your own backyard!

  • @xPearlxDrummerx It's as serious as you want it to be. But I didn't think the sole purpose of a game was to be serious :). It is however a very fun an addicting game and a great excuse to get out for a while.

  • the guy lifting the weights at the beginning looks like ron russell

  • never even heard of disc golf but now this makes me wanna get started!

  • what a wicked sport just discovered it today do they have anywhere like this in the uk?

  • ye, they do

  • @danpayne118 Quarry Park near Leamington Spa is the best course I've found. 18 holes - £5 for a round. Check it out!

  • @funnpiet thanks buddy!

  • long live disc golf!

  • if it's supposed to be funny good job. if it's supposed to be informative good job as well.

  • hahaha you guys are awesome

  • You Tube search line: flying plastic the movie. Finally a disc golf movie worth watching.

  • 2:45 is an illegal throw.....u cant support yourself with anything-

  • @DoomKR3Wkid you can lean on obstacles, you just can't move them out of the way.

  • @pmcnutty no you cant-

  • @DoomKR3Wkid only in tournament play bro chill

  • @thachronking i am chill brogert....people have to learn to play by the rules.....and it starts here with a comment-

  • @DoomKR3Wkid just shut up dirtbag

  • @DoomKR3Wkid Remind me never to play with you. Stick is way to far up your ass for disc golf.

  • @DoomKR3Wkid Thats not a rule man

  • @DoomKR3Wkid Even the ground?

  • Where was this filmed? Looks like South Dakota, or Montana..

  • IT IS in the philippines :-)

  • I was thinking Wyoming.

  • rofl

  • my mine innova is better or discraft

  • Nice looking course.

  • I just played this yesterday for the first time! It was so fun, I had a blast. I'm hooked!

  • crank up the internet and start flying yo saucers!

  • Usually when i try to go around the trees I always hit them :\

  • I want to try this out

  • it's got a steep learning curve that takes a bit to get good at but even though I suck compared to my friends i love just going out walking around with hole after hole. Only a few minutes away. But today was a somewhat sad day...lost my first disk that i only just got 2 days ago. Hopefully the distance driver i got to replace it will help more as i couldn't throw that leopard all that far =/

  • I doubt it. Leopards are pretty easy to throw. Distance drivers require a better throw and are more difficult to use. Starting out try mid-range discs. They don't have as much speed but are way more controllable, and most beginners will throw them further than long range drivers. I always recommend the stingray, it's a very straight flying controllable midrange disc. Once you can comfortably hit 250-300 ft with it move on to a longer faster disc.

  • ya maybe but i can actually throw my distance driver probably farther than I could my leopard. Still have yet to find or get it back somehow. The only big difference is really the fade which teaches you more than anything to learn how to throw. Plus I go out almost every day so I've picked up things probably a lot faster than someone else might when they first start.

  • Within 20 minutes of playing on my first day, my Leopard was in a pond. I overshot a 180 foot hole by about 50 feet...into a damn pond. This was today, so far I've spent $46 and change on frisbee golf, $25 on my starter pack and $21 on an Eagle and a Wraith. Don't know if I made good choices but I like my Wraith, I've gotten over 250 feet already with it. I didn't measure it, but on a 427 foot hole I got my disc well within 150 feet of the hole.

  • Has anyone played the Paul Giles Memorial? They added some awesome extra baskets. Its in Athens, TX

  • where are you from? i gotta go to these courses...there arent many differences in the courses in northwestern indiana. all pretty much the same

  • the hole at 0:45 looks awesome. I wish we had a course that big around Duluth, MN.

Bongripper - In stoner heaven everyone will play disc golf.

  • hahahahaha lets hope!

  • you're from duluth? im from moorhead..i play at the moorhead and fargo courses all the time

  • thats some good shooting. lol

  • Those are some great looking courses

  • I'd love to play them courses. I play alot of courses here in Michigan.

  • He did forget to mention it gives you a chance to blaze outside. But sick video.

  • Haha, I really never even thought of that...

  • A truly "CLASSIC" video depicting the sport for it's greatest virtues.

Representing the harmonious relationship between man and disc.

  • mmmmhmmmm!

  • I love the banshee, beast, and leapord. The Banshee you can turn it easily, beasts you can throw straight, and the leapord can be thrown straight, far, and easily turned.

  • I was gonna get a leopard for an all around, but i havent really heard alot about it, Right now I mainly use a wraith, destroyer and pro dart. I need one that I can get a good straight shot with (I usually get a wicked curve to the left and I need to correct that)

  • Wraiths just carry the paths you put them on so well that a slight offset in your throw keeps them in that path and it only gets amplified as it flies, it happens to me all the time haha. I switched from my Wraith to a Valkyrie and my shots are straight as can be.

  • I have a Valk pro, I just switched up my throw and im getting much straighter throws now with my Valk then before, but my Pro beast is my best disc as I throw forehand and it seems to fly further and almost perfectly straight with a little fade. I get about 340 with my beast and about 290 with my Valk, but ive only been playing for 2 months...

  • great video, nobody is really saying it but they throw a pretty good disc

  • crank up the internet............

  • start flyin yo saucer

  • looks like fun :)

  • gives a nice picture of the sport :)

  • Lov it

  • Start Flying Yo sauca....... mmmmhhhmmmmmmm!!!!!! hahahahaha..... 2:58

  • @rybassett I know!! HAHAHAH

  • The best game ever created, itsone biground of a party! hell ya Want distance , buy a Boss Champion or Star Plastic youll go another 40feet in your drive at least, It takes some time to perfect it though, Wantadvice just find me I play every day! Played and won a doubs today

  • thing about boss is you need to be an experienced thrower to be able to get the max distance from it

  • Yeah there are actually two pros that through either tomahawk or thumber as there main through and they can throw them up to 400ft with deadly accuracy.

  • Great video about one of the greatest sports out there!!!

One things that is great about it is that even if you don't have anyone to play with you can go out and practice... though it is more fun with a group of 4 or 5 people!!!

  • Where do you find the courses to play this game? I don't think there are any in my area. :(

  • best sport ever ...lets giver Canada

  • pdga. com/course-directory

  • I think I'll get into this sport. Anybody in Salisbury, Maryland who's doing it?

  • i think this is a cool rec. activity. shooting frisbees to hit a target that's crazy yo, esp with obstacles, imagine doing a 45 dgerre sloped shot AROund some trees to land into the basket

  • awe-some

  • This is the video I always show my friends who doesn't know anything about discgolf how it works to play discgolf. In my opinion, this video is the most laidback calm nice way to introduce this game.

Thank's to Guardians of recreation! :-)

  • This video is nice. It makes me feel happy.

  • Hello from the Baltic-Sea Discgolf Club in Kellenhusen/Germany

    it´s birdie time ;)

  • lol, this is great, but are they seriouse???

  • why wouldn't they be serious?

  • haha "so get out and start flyin yo saucer mhhhhmm. lol 2:56

  • Its not like golf at all. Its more like horseshoes. I'm not putting it down but when compared to golf... its doesn't require as much skill. Maybe if you had to do multiple throws to reach the end like golf but it doesn't

  • the rules are the same as convensional golf. scoring is the same. there is a set par for each hole. doesnt require as much skill? id like to see you throw a 175 gram disc 100+ yards in a forest.

  • That compared to whacking a ball thats hard to see 1000+ yards while avoiding multiple hazards.

  • I don't know where you get this 1000+ yds thing from for golf... most holes run 690yds as a maximum and a par 3 is under 250yds.

And there are plenty more hazards in disc golf.... shoot half the time you're playing in between two huge sets of hazards!!!

Plus that little ball is not as effected by the wind as a disc because of the weight ratios.

Get out and play a round of disc golf and see how challenging it is. I bet you score a 30+ over par... if u have regularly played other frisbee games.

  • oh and I almost forgot to mention that in golf you have basically 14 clubs that very only in the distance each can hit the ball. In disc golf you have to choose from many more discs that each have a different way they fly... overstable, understable, stable, one's that glide far/ short/ midrange, and all kinds of variations within those qualities.

  • It does require multiple throws and the average hole distance for an amateur course would be between 200-500 feet and for a pro one would be between 275-1200 feet. Try throwing a disc that far in the woods.

Plus you have to master backhand, forehand, overhand, put, jumping putt, anhyzer shots, hyzer shots, rollers, etc as throw types... whereas in golf you generally just have drive/ putt style swings to master.

  • It sounds fun

  • it is fun

  • Its fun just like any other game, hows it stupid ?
