I take Triazolam 0.25 mg. Im a big guy about 280 pounds 6' tall and one pill at bed time puts me down quick. I worked so many hours at work night shift day shift then back to day shifts. So my Doc. gave me the above Med. Its strong I have like 6 bottels here. I think Im all set for a while. I take one may-be every other night some-times not for a few days. Its hard waking up some-times but Man I sleep so good.

Good video on the side effects which come with all medicines. CNS depressants, combined with alcohol, killed one of my closest friends, and he was a scientific researcher with a PH.D. who taught MD's biochemistry. It can happen to anyone.
