Firstly you cant spot burn fat, meaning doing ab work wont burn fat off your belly. The best way to get ripped is to simply eat healthy and burn more calories than you consume, start by running and eating well. Within no time you will burn off the fat. Then work with heavy weights for 3-5 sets of 3-5 reps maybe 3 exercises (compound ones) quit before failure. Im the proof that this works (the sets and reps etc, for staying hard and lean without getting big)

That's really cool. Can't say I've ever seen that move before. It's quite an illusion...it looks like he's defying gravity. Regardless, he's got some serious core strength.
