    I can't believe it. It looks great, and the other video of kevin doing pull ups too. Im 18and Im training with the objective of controling my bodywaight lifting like kevin does. But please guys, give me a hand, and tell me what kind of training you do. (sets, repetitions, days, rests, diet may be..) Thanks a lot, you are great.

  • This is a hip flexor excercise and not a ab excercise but it is still good work.

  • I have been trying many workouts and they arent helping my abs. Please tell me a workout to build endurance and to lose weight. I dont wanna be huge just ripped and all

  • Firstly you cant spot burn fat, meaning doing ab work wont burn fat off your belly. The best way to get ripped is to simply eat healthy and burn more calories than you consume, start by running and eating well. Within no time you will burn off the fat. Then work with heavy weights for 3-5 sets of 3-5 reps maybe 3 exercises (compound ones) quit before failure. Im the proof that this works (the sets and reps etc, for staying hard and lean without getting big)
