6:27 is pretty good! You should go with the 20lb ball and aim for the same time next!
The "panel mats" that group was squatting to are about 8" high, much lower than your typical Dynamax medicine ball. For an even better workout, you should be using no ball and reaching full depth.
I did 6:27 with an 18lbs 125 reps, it was hard shit. I should give it a try with a 20lbs. But I don't know what they're squating onto, it's best with a medball so you know you're doing your squat to standard.

It's Crossfit. Awesome Wall ball... I usually put a med ball behind me as I squat so I know if I'm getting my butt low enough.
