According to leading scientists, when a virus is genetically modified (that means changing it's DNA or RNA) it is no longer considered to be the same virus. As for whether or not the dead virus is still the virus, I said I that fragments of the virus are given to you, never the whole thing. If you watched my explanation at the end of the video, you would have got that.
The reason I saide H1N1 instead of flu is because there are many different types of flu and H1N1 is just one of them. Since I was talking about a specific type of flu, "swine flu", I referred simply to that one virus.
