Buying a perfume without smelling it first is a no no all right. I bought Sarah J Parker's lovely and it smelled like mosquito spray on me.

I also bought JLo Miami heat because everyone said it smelled like coconut and really beachy. Well, on me it smells like soap or shaving cream.

@lostindiancamp : I feel your pain! I have a huge thing of Prada Candy lotion that STINKS!! I don't know what to do with it, so there it sits in the dark in my closet. Lesson learned!!!

How do you find the Jo Malone last? I have several samples but haven't bought a full size yet because they are kind of pricey. Do they last well or do they fade quickly?

@eezepeeze hi! Actually the Jo Malone is one of my most long lasting out of the whole bunch! I am a big fan of layering,, and I have the body creme as well which helps, but overall, I'd say that I get a good 6-8 hours of wear. And it's not too strong, it's just right!
