Users need to show and teach how to act, not just what is wrong.

This sad and complicated video expertly engages in and reflects the mood of YouTube, and the feel of your generation towards the political and the corporate. Bouncing from critical, to idealistic, and back to despondent, and cynical the piece marks a zeitgeist without a solution.

The information we learned concerning how Youtube works and is run has led me to believe that it will last for a very long time. As all these lawsuits begin to fall on Youtube/Google, there is only reason to consider that they will not accomplish anything and the "Youtube era" can't be stopped. YT has a strong influence on modern society and as it begins to transform itself, it will become one of the main sources for gathering various types of information.

As much as we would like to hope otherwise, YouTube is not a good arena for academic learning. Its inherent shallowness, forced upon the users with various limits, does not allow a reasonable platform for thoughtful dialogue or intellectual thought. Also, the lack of structure makes it extremely difficult to access the desired content. YouTube appeals to the basest desires of a human and therefore does not work well as a medium for academic dialogue.
