  • The guy on the left reminds me of Terry from Reno911

  • ny ways sounds like a good idea if they can do it safely.

  • The stupid motherfucker on the left is pure shit-for-brains: dumbfuck has it completely assfuck backwards: it's the united states that printing money like shit and giving it to china for products that china manufactures.

  • the douchebag on the left doesnt no shit about geopolitics, and he is using an alienware,, what A FUCKING SHAME!!!

  • US is the one prints money like cracy., not China.

  • @wikct2 .hahaha, I think he meant china owned the money.

  • the train do stop, you retards. it just doesn't stop halfway. LOL

  • I can see this makes sense for routes with many stations.

If only the London underground can utilise a similar concept, then I won't be late going to so many places :D

  • it doesn't need to stop, but will have to slow down when approaching a station.

  • This concept as depicted in the animation would never work. No person can stand the G-forces associated with the acceleration and deceleration. The train is going at like 300 km/h+ and go to from 0 to 300 in that short of time would certainly cause crazy internal damage to any passenger.

  • @Tradewind4 I agree with you wholly. A train coming into a normal-sized station would have to slow down to prevent the passengers from experiencing extreme G-forces.

  • @Tradewind4 obviously you slow down the train to 100km/h and reaccelerate

  • this sounds amazing and efficient.. BUT you need space for the other cart to get attached and the previous one to slide off.. so technically.. you're not using up the space of the whole train.. which will deter the train company from selling many tickets.. i would rather wait for my train and board, than spend extra money on this shit.. it's really not that efficient in the amount of people it can hold.. only efficient because of its speed..

  • @ki6eki: no, you got it wrong ;) there is a ladder between this cabine on top and the main traing, so you just go down and wait for your staion.

  • @ki6eki medium stops are never designed to carry alot of pppl. if ppl boarding from one station exceeds the transitional car capacity.. then the train should simply stop for that station.. then again, its really hard to explain to americans who has no experience of a bullet train whatsoever...

  • its dumb concept, too risky, not profitable, the attach/detach need to find a material that won't break easily since the train will travel at least 200mph running through it..so this concept is really bunk.

  • @bobchan111

You need some special material to be able to slow down from 200 MPH to a stop in a few hundred feet? Since when?

What might have a problem with such a quick stop is the passengers, who if the speed is 200 MPH really shouldn't come to a stop any faster than about 2,000 ft.

Of course, if the big train only blows through the station at 100 MPH (so the big train slows down and speeds up but doesn't come to a complete stop) it would only take about 425 feet or so.

  • really cool... [;)]

  • seems dangerous. i know regular people could handle it but you have to look out for the idiots.

  • holy shit, looking forward to that... it would suck though if there were an old lady, she would have to move really fast or get split in two XD
