She is not a Hazara. She is from Tajikistan. Her name is Parvina Shukrulloeva and she is a great singer. But this song strongly resembles typical Hazara music. oh well. Hazara and tajiks are from same background anyway, Genghis Khan.

she is from Tajikistan, but the song is originally from marhoom Sarwar Sarkhosh the elder brother of Dawood jan Sarkhosh. He was assassinated by mullahs during civil war.
