Speaking of Channels 10 and 13 and food together...
I now live in Western NY. However, about age 5 or 6, I recall watching WDIO's news with my folks. We had moved from Brooklyn, NY, to upper Minnesota at the time. During those days, if I recall it right, the weatherman was Jack McKenna. Just about every weathercast appeared to be sponsored by Kentucky Fried Chicken, and he used to eat the chicken while giving the weather.
At 1:54, close your eyes and listen to the rest of it. Then it's really FUNNY!!! Happy retirement, Denny!
