Shredded Bottle Gurd/doodhi/lauki, Hadwa- dokala flour (u can find this in any indian store), green chili paste, cilantro/kothmir, hing/ asafoetida, salt, sugar, soda bicarb,oil, yogurt
For Tadka - oil, mustard seeds, white sesame seeds
