  • Yes, this chassis fits most 190mm touring car bodies. It comes with ball bearings and ball diffs so it doesn't need any upgrades for scale running. The upgrade parts are expensive and are not necessary. The TB-03 chassis is/was an upgrade to the TT-01 chassis but since touring cars are dead it appears that Tamiya is not supporting or developing the TB-03. The battery tray is ~140mm long and does not technically fit LiPos but they can be made to work if they have top female sockets.

  • I definitely don't like electric rc models!

  • is the lexan body compatible for TT-01E?

  • @toykolektor all tamiya bodys in the sector touring-car fit to all chassis ;)

    TB-03/02, TA-05/04, TT-01(E), TRF-416/417

These are the chassis in Touring-Car where all bodys fit to each chassis ;)

  • This tamiya car looks faster than the other series in tt01.

  • Sweet car. Whats the out of box speed for this?

Does it cost a lot to upgrade it?

  • Cuz everyone loves a Garaiya *cough ZZ2 cough*

  • Hi, can you please measure the lenght of the batterytray. I suspect my long Rhino's won't fit, I just want it confirmed.

    Thanks.
