I work there, in fact I started my first shift in February so I might have even been there on the night, the box office is aways closed because people complain about having to line up for tickets then food. This is a regular busy night at Hoyts.

Maybe stop being a hypocrite. You were there, "giant queues" full of people were there, Hoyts is doing something right.

Those queues aren't even "giant", they're tiny, probably a nice quiet Wednesday. What's the point in wasting money opening other tills if 3 people could serve all of those customers within 10 minutes?

What exactly do you hope to gain by posting this? The shutdown of a multi-million dollar company?
