this does have some beautiful imagery though. the song itself isn't that great though. i read that he played all the instruments himself, whether he knew how to or not, and didn't do more than 3 takes because he wanted to capture the imperfections. that may not have been such a good idea as the songs i've heard so far from the band aren't that fleshed out or performed well. without his star power, i doubt they would've went anywhere.

They both deserve credit. Surprisingly scarlett johansson has done some decent work/colabs too. Ryan Gosling is only famous because the notebook was a corny hit amongs girls. His better work isn't as known to the public, like Jared Leto.
