the chains are way too long, those bags are terrible for training. not only that but you're doing shit drills, they should be partnered up and hitting the mitts and thai pads to start off with and doing less difficult combinations to burn in the basics. i didn't see anyone throwing a decent jab or cross so they shouldn't be practicing anything else until they can at least do that properly.
I think they aren't putting everything into it because the bags are really lightweight and there is someone about 5 feet from you. It doesn't give you any room to really work the bag. But mostly I think because the bags are just too freaking lightweight.
and they are done up on such long chains, if i were to kick that, i'd probobly send it thru the window, and have the bag full of glass shards stab me all over.
