  • 0_o really? .................GNC products are over priced crap. You've got alot of learning to do man i wouldn't do anymore reviews if i were you, maybe a blog about enjoying bodybuilding but don't give advice on something you know nothing about. Have fun.

  • @CkEOdimen Well i dont really know who you are, you might be the guy who orders the actual creatine that is used in these products by GNC all that i know. BUT im guessing your not, so i do not think you know what grade of creatine GNC uses(it might be the best or the worst). Not many of us will know in till a test is done by yourself. Also, GNC does have high prices but they get away with it showing through the many stores and growing business.

  • are you saying you curled 2--70lb dumbells? That seems like it would break your arms off...no offense just seeing in the video looks like your arms are the thin side. I train my brother who is a d1 basketball player(6'8" 255) and even he only curls 2 50lb dumbells.

  • @stunnamanschwarz Im pretty sure i mean't a 70 pound bb, not two 70 pound dbs. I would never think about training with heavy weights for curling now.

  • How are the Creatine Capsules are they safe...? And what happens once you're finished taking them....?

  • @steve16steve I honestly think the capsules are alot easier to use then the powder, but the capsules do cost more. I had no side effects from the capsules so i'm pretty sure they are safe. and lasty, nothing really happens after you take them besides what the creatine does for you body.

  • @YoungFitnessMan Thanks A lot!
