Lived there for 4 years. I won't ever forget this place bc my daughter was born there. I went back to visit with her: I wanted her to see the place where she was born, she was only 10 months when we left Albuquerque.

The wood architecture are called "vigas" and are everywhere throughout Abq. Residential homes, airport, Old Town, my old tool shed even

Phoenix has nicer looking freeways by far. I am from Albuquerque (Sandia High Grad)Been in AZ 10 years. Went thru Abq last summer and saw the "walls" along the freeway and was not impressed

Albuquerque has a great interstate art project but Peter can't stand highways! He's a great back seat driver too, but that's okay, at least he's a good driver as well.
