wow..that's comprehensive...now are the newer tractors a bit easier during the pre-trip? i'm taking this video to my trainer-carrier..swift, central refer, prime or cre...lol thank you! i hope i pass!

@PREPARE4THEHYPOCRITE ...what i don't understand is, why can't you have a bunch of pre-trip inspection checklist sheets...for on the job use and to take to the cdl test...why do you need to memorize...logically, if you have a comprehensive checklist, you will check everything!

@PREPARE4THEHYPOCRITE ...i get that you need to have a basic knowledge overview but i'm hired as a driver, not a mechanic....that's what triple a is for! lol. shouldn't all drivers of motor vehicles have to pass a test like this..since faulty equipment could cause an accident??? just saying....

@PREPARE4THEHYPOCRITE Well this is a question you would have to ask the state. There the ones that are going to issue you the lic, we are the ones that prep you for there test and this is what they expect you to know here in the state of California...If you want you can go to your local DMV and ask this question...we are just following the state laws. Once again hope it is helpful.
