The Sixth Amendment guarantees a speedy public trial for criminal offenses, requires a trial by jury, guarantees that the accused may require legal counsel (if you cannot afford a lawyer one will be provided for you) and the accused may require witnesses to attend trial and testify in the presence of the accused
The Fifth Amendment also forbids a trial on a major crime without and indictment by the Grand Jury and you can be tried twice in very limited circumstances also forbids punishment wothout due process of law. The rights stated in the Fifth Amendment are known as the rights of the accused A.k.a Miranda Rights coming from the Supreme Court case Miranda vs. Arizona
The Fourth Amendment they can search your stuff without a warrant from the "black robe man" if they have probably cause or believe they have probable cause
