  • hmm, good job. SInce you are gaining muscle,I suggest doing at least 30-45min of cardio 4-6 days a week to burn the fat that is covering your muscles.

    Plus weightlifting 3 times a week.

    You would really start to lose weight, especially if you moderate your diet:

    adequate protein and fats(the good fats), low on carbs.
