  • sorry to sound gay but its not sista feat missy elliot...missy elliot started off in this group called sista she was the lead singer...just sayin

  • Sick BEat And i LOve D!s MOVi3 Too

  • That guy who played Raul-I loved him in Con Air as a drag queen,Lol.

  • missy elliot isnt featuring with craig mack -she was the lead singer of sista ;-D

  • old but gold! dope track from an equally dope film

  • this sh*t just came up on my playlist....along with the rest of the DM soundtrack yaaaaaahh bitches!

  • i miss this song !

  • Criminal minds pictures

  • the reaction of those women in the picture is identical to the one women give me when i show them my penis

  • sista=missy elliot FOOLS

  • In my own personal opinion this original soundtrack version is rather generic. The Fredwreck remix greatly improved it.

  • I remember this song; I liked Dangerous Minds.

  • 90s = God's soundtrack. Post-90s = the Devil's arsehole soundtrack.

  • you KNOW this is a TUNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, jammin.com!!

  • craig mack was the shit buoy!!

  • damn i miss the 90's. best era for music. best era for movies. everything was so raw rugged and real. back in the day when you could walk the the street with no worries. now a days too many youngins out in the street doing dumb shit. nothing is the same. sometimes i smoke a fat one, sit back, and think and wish to myself that i could turn back the hands of time back to the 90's and just hold time still. i miss the good ol days.

  • So true! grabyourmp3s..com is the best website to get this song.

  • The R&B hip hop today cant even fuck with the 90's. Hot beats, Rhymes and R&B singers put alot of passion into everything they did even if it was just singing a hook like on this joint.

  • now i think this song put the nail in the coffin for the group i remeber buying this missyds talented but man the label shouldve drop that cd it really was the companies mistake stupid mistake cause at that time they didnt have any hit act sista wouldve made elektra alot of money and you know what they hadnt had any luck you hardly hear from that major label.took chance on ray j in 97 and loss big money .

  • ive never known missy was that raw

  • big big big tune. best bit about the movie

  • Man, this track is the shit, Hell the whole soundtrack to Dangerous Minds was the shit. These were the days man..

  • @warrickbrodrick You got that right fam. The soundtracks from the 90's were the shit. Dangerous Minds, Menace II Society, Above the Rim, Mo Money, A Low Down Dirty Shame. The list goes on and on.

  • @TheBIGSTEVEG These kids today don't have nothing, dude! I actually feel like we were kind of spoiled back in the day with all the great music we was getting. I haven't heard a real dope hip hop soundtrack in a while. The Bad Boys II one was cool but that's about it. That Above the Rim soundtrack was better than half the artists that was on its whole albums!

  • i like the girl with the bangs that was my girl in the movie i had my bangs like her lata on and the skinny chick with the braids i used to confuse her with nbushe wright she was good character. bomb ass movie i was ten when it came out and i loved the movie and couldnt wait for high school. it was sad when emilio died i was crying when i watched it. didnt like his girl she thought she was all that her teeth look like she been gargling with acid.

  • Music like this unfortunately is LOooOOOoooOOooOOOOng gone :(

  • Mssy out sined Craig Mack on that joint. I miss Sista, they were dope!!

  • You know.. They were actually the first female Hip Hop group outside of TLC. I agree. they were really raw... but they were also very original. I would have surely liked to hear more from them. I wonder what happened.

  • @Moniqtee My godmother was in this group. She's currently a teacher and is married with two kids. She has 0 regrets and loves her life.

  • @iJorge0 what your grandmother was in this group

  • @davidl810 GODmother. Not grandmother. proofread first.

  • @iJorge0 sounds like my sister Chonita. She's a teacher too. Who's your godmother?

  • Missy is still da best rapper!

  • Classic, can't find tight rhymes like this no more... !!

    Sick track !!!

  • damn i was 9 when i inhaled this soundtrack. still circulates in my blood

  • mannnnnnn where the hell is the ORIGINAL ...

  • "The success of The Notorious B.I.G.'s debut album Ready To Die overshadowed Mack's early success on the Bad Boy label, and without being able to bounce back with another commercially successful album, Mack hasn't been in the limelight since the 90s. As of September 1st 2008, he was no longer on Stereo Nasty Records" (wikipedia).

  • yeeeeaahhh i got this movie on dvd, i love this movie

    "ohhhhh white bread in trouble"

  • Still one of the sickest beats from 95!!!

  • ha yeah ive been searching for the instrumental to this too...

  • this is Missy's group ? I would've never guessed I thought Sista was just a solo artist I had no idea Missy e was a ;part of a group

  • Missy Elliot group b4 she came out solo

  • Devante Swing of Jodeci found this group! Why didn't they come out? Damn I miss the 90's!

  • me too :)

  • your not the only one

  • They Was Dropped From The Label, No Reason.

  • they were not dropped the swing mob record label fell through and they neva got to go far

  • Born in Portsmouth, VA, in 1971 as Melissa Elliott, Missy's professional music career began when Jodeci member/producer Devante Swing signed her and her group, Sista, to his Swing Mob record label. Unfortunately, Swing Mob Records fell through and along with it the plans for Sista's debut album. Determined to move forward, Missy turned to longtime friend Timbaland, who was producing some tracks for Aaliyah's One in a Million (1996) album. finally signing herself a deal with Elektra in 1996.
