Always loved this song... ever since Document came out in 87.. but for some reason, live versions never seem to hit it right. They always seem to come off as clunky. Stipe usually had to read the lyrics off his music stand.. or at least he did when I saw them.

Also reminds of a friend of mine called 'Patch', who was, and probably still is, thier greatest fan.

Patch's passion for REM got me more involved with this marvellous group and I was the better person for it.
