  • 0:01 HOLY SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII...

  • this will take me 1 year

  • <3

    i love it

  • I fainted when I saw the 120...jk

  • i finished my 1st pedal....20 minutes l8er :/ i just wanted2 make sure it turned out perfect.....it's not perfect

  • O.O ik im gonna fail terribly while trying2 make my 1st pedal......still gonna attempt it :) but i only want 1 flower so i can put it on a gift bag

  • Ahhhhhhhh... Great :D

  • i was like *jaw drop* when I saw the number: 120

  • i was lost at you will need 120

  • nice, thanks for the tutorial :D

but is it possible to make a 5-petals one? I really love the 5-petals flower, and want to make a kusudama with them...

  • Comment removed

  • looks sweet and totally worth making, but i might just wait until i can actually get that many squares, haha:D

  • nice but origami is made with out glue

  • you should try to make a paper airplane

  • Wow, i admire your patience!

  • This is remarkably beautiful. Thank you for sharing! I love the longer, intense projects.

  • When I saw the #120, I gave up.

  • this video doesnt want to work

  • i got 90% done with mine, turned my head for a minute, and my dog ate it :(

  • i'M on my way! i now have two 10-petal flowers completed... 10 more to go!

  • Your videos are the best! I especially like these ball origamis. They would make impressive paper lanterns if you attached them to party lights.

  • i've decided to leave at 120 au revoir

  • 120!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • this video is confusing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 120.... im starting to have second thoghts:p

  • i thought you're supposed to only use one sheet of paper for origami. If you glue multiple sheets together, it's not the same - it's cheating.

  • @BeyondNeptune you'll find that many complex origami projects cannot be completed with just one sheet of paper. only simple things like cranes, etc can. The only way you "cheat" at origami is cutting and pasting everything.

  • brilliant !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • made only 60!!!!

  • Very, very nice :)

Sometimes i were lost but , The result was good so Thanks alot! :D

  • how come you cant slow down your videos....especially the origami magic ball...i have to go to jonakashima's page to do it right....

  • this was complicated as all hell, I would never be able to make something like this!! ugh

  • yay, no more complicated things, oh wait.... nvm D:

  • TOO FAST

  • What are the dimensions of the pieces?

  • @yakishuga 9x9 cm ; )

  • Truly intruiging......I used to bend up my straw paper in an accordian shape and then I would put a bit of liquid on it and it would wiggle a bit like it was a snake or something. I think I was getting at what is being done here by doing that. Of course, however I AM incredibly stupid, so perhaps I missed the point entirely.

  • this is not origami you bullshit

  • @kurtgauci Origami literally translates to folding paper. If that's not folding paper, then the world is obviously square, and your mom never existed.

  • excelente and so easy

  • woooahh that really cool!!!! omg ur a genious. never seen a flower like that in my life!!

  • i bet you 100 yen this guy is asian

  • faster i cant get it !

  • maybe i will try during holiday

  • ohh okay thanks so much :D

  • did you use the glue stick for making gluing the 12 cherry blossoms together or the liquid glue?

  • Only the glue stick ; )

  • @ajonia12 u can use either i used glue stick for 3 pieces and then i used liquid glue and liquid glue held up better

  • 120 of thos omg

  • is that pritt you are using??? lol where are you from??? I haven't seen that glue stick in ages lols, sorry... I get exited when i see brands I haven't see in ages 'cuz they don't sell them where I live... like Kinder eggs.. I so wnat one, but they don't sell them in the states.. -.-''

  • 120 origami peices.. no way im ganna get this done in my free time!

  • I'm having trouble gluing the flowers together. Got any advice?

  • The petals or the completed flowers in the ball? Best to use a glue stick as that does not need drying ; )

  • Yea I ended using glue and paper clips. Love your work.

  • Nvm, can't do it. No x-mas present this year dad!

  • You could have made a leaf card ; )

  • 120 pieces, oh boy!

Brb, gotta go cut 120 pieces of cardstock!

  • BLASPHEMY, YOU USED GLUE

  • ohhhhhh...you used GLUE!noooo!

  • FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!! you used glue

  • wtf ?????? if I try 2 make it I'll took all the wood in amazonia florest !!! and ... about 2 weeks ...

  • 120!!!!!!!!!!! dang

  • thats kinda a lot of paper :P

  • papel blanco ¬¬

  • What are the sizes for the paper?

I'm really intrigued to make this now!

  • 9x9 cm is used in the vid (standard size overhere for memo blocks), better not make it bigger or use >80g/m2 stiff paper ; )

  • And for the bigger flowers? Are they just the normal square size?

  • It is made out od 12 flowers which have 10 petals each and each petal is made from a 9x9cm square piece of paper

  • it isn't Origami.... if you're making Origami you mustn't use glue, must you? but i like it, i love your other videos and always make them:) thank you for sharing.....

  • I didn't say it was origami did I ? ; )

  • oh, you're right, you didn't :) i didn't read well.... sorry :D lol, you know, i'm just making your Icosahedron :) i love your and sara adams' vids very much, thank once more........

  • No problem, hope your icosadron turns out ok : )

  • oh yeah, it seems well:) may i ask you how did you learn those origamis?

  • Got this little booklet once with diagrams cranes and lilies etc. from there on it got out of control trying different stuff of books/ online ... ; )

  • you know, in october 24 there was Japanese ambassador's wife in my country and she made an exhibition of Japanese national puppets or toys i don't know exactly, they called Ningios, i think.. and they were making origamis and i liked them very, very much, so when i came back home i watched origami vids in YouTube, my first origami was a simply crane, since i make origamis, it became my hobbie.... I LOVE ORIGAMI! lol, :D

  • i didnt understand he makes it fast

  • its cuz u are a bit dumb

  • then pause the video

  • to the damn paper tree killing comments if the usa waz bright at all and yes i do live there they would grow fucking hemp and use that for paper it grows fast as hell and is easy to grow >.> so save a fucking tree and grow some hemp damn anti weed laws... u cant even smoke fucking hemp... so their just being retarded by not growing it...

  • what is with all the tree huggers?ok if you REALLY want to save trees then you shouldnt be doing ANY origami! im sure that if you have actually made other pieces of origami that all of the paper combined will add up to 120 pieces of paper. also, a lot of the trees on this earth were planted just so that they could be made into paper! so if you decrease the amount of paper that you use, you will decrease the demand for more trees to be planted. and now i forgot what i was really going to say!

  • I'm subscribing so I can watch you do all the work and I can sit back and enjoy without risk of paper cuts.

You are very patient and skilled!

  • New Hamshire... better worry about moose in NH than papercuts ;)

  • Hmmm could you stick a light bulb in there? Or would it burn the paper? D:

  • Not, if it would be a high efficiency lamp ;)

  • You can make these by only making 5 petals, and gluing them together. It saves time, and trees, and it is easier to make.

  • Save trees and time yes, but as the tension in the modules is big it is not so easy - that is who I made it with 10 petals ;)

  • I made the other cherry blossom ball. But 120?! Still, that might be false. The other one was like, 12 pieces of paper instead of 30, or maybe 60, so... yeah.

  • this is really cool....but this is like killing trees and without them we will die,...i just hope they create another type of paper that is not made by trees...that would be awesome, anyway you own with origami..:D

  • there is another kusudama called cherry blossom. have you seen it? is very different.

  • lol, have I seen it ..? I made it!! Search for cherry blossom ball :D

  • this really owns but i dont like much wasting trees:/ i feel like shit bcuz without them we might die,..:(......but u own with origami, idk how u can make a paper beatiful..nice work dude

  • there is another kusudama called cherry blossom! have you seen it?

  • i like it when it was spinning at the start

but i don't think i have any paper to do that much

    i mean 120 of these

    I'm like oh gosh

    sorry i type to much

  • u need to go slower if u trying to show us how to do :-(

  • Easier than I expected.

  • ... holy shit

  • this is so beautifully done!!!! i cant believe it took so much paper. when u said you need 120 of these, i almost fell off my chair! lol. but wonderful.

  • Wow

I was always thought stuff like this would be so much harder.

I made one the other day thanks to this. :)

  • any faster man

  • yea sooooooooo kl. but you don't need that many petals its still look good with less

  • True.. but as I wanted to make a perfectly fitting dodecahedron a 5-fold number for the petals was best ;)

  • thanx for downloading this video... i made some actually...

  • Could you show me on your channel? : )

  • Thanks !

  • IT'S WAY TO FAST!!!!

  • Oi, slow it down. Now I wish my computer was lags more than ever. O.O

  • i rekon i am trying to make it at the same time

  • HipHopQueen96, eso no es origami, en origami no se usa pegamento. exelente trabajo

  • OMG i dont know how to thank u i love origami things i sit in hours and hours and i never get bored.

  • do one of you vid in slow mo plz plz plz !!!!!

  • pause button!! ;)

  • aww dat luks cute..soo pretty

wel yeah um ii have a questi0n is dat a paper dat your using??or something else?wel um wer can i get it from??

    thanks

  • That one was made from memo block 9x9 cm paper but better use some heavier, stiff paper >80g/m2 or make it a bit smaller. Any office supply or department store. ;)

  • could i make a smaller version with less petals

  • yep, as real cherry blossom has only 5 petals you can half the number and still get a nice dodecahedron kusudama. See Ku-Ku's cherry blossom dish under related vids ;)

  • thanks i used 6 petals

  • u have to cut urself

  • this is veri beautiful.....i made it and filled it with purple n pink lavender scented potpourri and then hung it between the curtains with a golden and maroon cord.....thanks

  • beautiful,thank you

  • it was nice...thanks and God bless you!

  • i just read the first step and i was like holy crap

  • Nice video I suggest using two sided paper for the purposes of the video. It will allow the viewer more clarity to see what side you are working on

  • beautiful

  • You need 120 of these!? Oh man.

  • that's a module for you.

really easy..over and over and over and over etc.

then put it together..usually with glue or tape

  • tats so beautiful!!!

  • oh wow .. that was epic ... i just wanna learn the swan first .. brb :P

  • hehe lolz

  • i am sorry about what i said before ans i would like to know how to get that ball thing but anyway can you use less paper like 80?

  • apologies accepted :)... not for this one although you can make it using 12 5-petal flowers so 60 squares see "Ku-Ku ORIGAMI Cherry Blossom Dish" under "related vids" ;)

  • now who the hell is gna 120!

  • 120 pieces is actually not THAT much, there are many more models that require 270 or even 900 pieces. Patience grasshopper! haha

  • oooooh!

  • Lol... grasshopper... althoug endless repeated gives me a clue about your age ;)

  • Oh?? Though my age is no secret ;D

  • parabénssssss

quanto tempo demora pra fazer isso??

  • wow that is really cool!

  • .................OH MY GOD

  • you are inteligent in paper origami can you make a origami fireworks for me pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee?

  • There is already instruction on fireworks out there ! ;)

  • yeah, its easy i made one too! look up "how to make paper fireworks"

  • i got to say HOLY SHIT

  • hey, your vids are great and all, but u need to SLOW DOWN.

  • too fast...and I tried pausing it...still too fast...

  • Hey i did mona lisa for the upcoming post it note contest- 40 hours and 12,000 post it notes- check it out and please vote!!Thanks

  • i almost shit my self wen i saw the begginning

    ku-kusadna thing

  • I really like your work of art!! can you please tell me how far apart to glue the next piece? how many petals between the next you glue on the next one to form a circle with all of the parts together?

  • Glad you liked it :D The structure you are creating is a dodecahedron, wich means 12 pentagons with 5 other pentagons next to it. As we have 10 petals in a flower (our "pentagon") it means you have to skip one petal each time when gluing it together. You can also see it in the vid when paused when you look closely ;) Good luck!!

  • ik mis je

  • :) dit is lang geleden

  • ;) x

  • en? is i klaar?

  • nee nog niet :) ik heb ps cs4 waar ik erg druk mee ben op mijn manier :)

ik weet niet of het wat wordt :*)

  • thanks for that

    but it didnt work

do you have any digrames because it is too fast

  • hi

the video is to fast to figure out what i have to do next.

  • when you watch high quality it is so clear, just use pause button... and try a couple of times

  • i cant glue it ¬¬... it´s dificult... the sabe glue that you used i used too... but it just worked to glue the petals on each other... to glue the roses, don´t work...

  • must be different glue! with mine you can play football...

  • Gracias, thank you!

  • kewl thx for makin this vid. its awsome. so it is like 120 pieces of the kusudama thing rite?

  • yep, 120 square peices of paper folded into 120 "cherry blossom petal" modules

  • what size is the paper?

  • Standard memo block squares of 9x9 cm. Somewhat smaller should be ok as well, probably not much bigger unless you use very stiff rigid paper. Good luck!!

  • Thats my dodecahedron :D

  • ;-)

  • Waaaaaooooo... I can NOT believe it!!! This looks amazing... absolutely beautiful! Thank you sooo much for this video... You are so cute!... CUTE, CUTE, CUTEEEEEE

12 flowers, each with 10 petals!... You gotta be patient to do this... but at the end, it was totally worth it!

    GRACIASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

    Love your vids!

Here is my flower for you!
