That is Tang Fong or written Dang Fong. He was one of Wong Fei Hung's Students. The man is Chow Wing Tak I believe to be the only remaining student alive today and head of the Tang Fong Lineage.

@garrasinsombra No, Sifu Chow Wing Tak pased away, but two other in HK, maybe more. I don't know they name, i have meet him in the Mok Gwai Lan birthday last year.
