  • na , u don't need to work out hard at all to loose weight fast . I went down from 118 kg to 83kg in 12 months with almost no exercise . The only work out i was doing is my daily job as a forklift driver [ hehe , i sit on my bum most of the day :) ]

    I gave up sugar and anything that contains more then 10% sugar . You can have a little bit of something sweet but only ONCE A WEEK - it's v.important . That bit of sugar will kick start metabolism to burn fat faster for the next 5 - 6 days

  • This is so dumb. Forget about all the advice on how to train to lose fat.

    There is only one thing that counts when you want to lose weight.

    Eat less calories than you use. Or said in another way, use more calories than you eat.

    Everything else may make tiny differences in metabolism and of course if some kind of exercise or food makes you feel better or makes it feel easier, do it.

    But what it all comes down to is simply the number of calories.

  • Don't ever listen to people say that the way you do exercise does not good, because it's not the most efficient.

    All exercise helps. The most important is to find a way that you like and that you can and feel like keep doing and not give up on. One that motivates you.

    If it's less effective that another way, it doesn't matter, because it's not good to be doing it the absolute most efficient way, if that way doesn't appeal to you and just makes you end up doing it less or even stopping.

  • @realisticHomeboy Umm... the idea of interval training is that its efficient because it burns more calories. The reason is because you burn SO much more calories when your heart is racing as fast as you can possibly take it. That's why you do a "2 minute sprint" (which is pretty much impossible) taking your body to the limit. So, yes you are right, it IS about the calories, but no, this is not so dumb because it is actually talking about how to burn calories efficiently.

  • Gym 80 / Technogym fitness equipment are really good!! I've seen them in any gym I've been, even this one.

    If I could just give one tip: prefer interval training on machines like bicycles, steps, etc above treadmills. When walking 2 minutes and sprinting one minute on a treadmill, your body creates a buffer because it, like yourself, will know it lasts only a minute. Riding a bicycle for 1:30 on an intensity you could hold for an hour and multiplying that by 3 or 4 for 30 seconds kills you! ;)

    I can tell Exercising is the only way to loss fat, its not a fast effective coz i tried, i was fat and still but lost alot of weight since i went to Gym and Stoped later for some busy work, Im going again back to continue the weight lossing, Its good for about 9 month i Holded my weight, I didnt go down or up. so im going again to loss more

  • it's not so much bout eatin less...but eat less meat, less bread and pasta, NO soda, very little sugar, and drink plenty of water.

  • I would eat less meat if you only want to lose fat, but if you want lose fat but also feed your growing muscle, you must eat less but make every meal centered around protein aka meat.

  • yeah, very hard to gather advice, but still wrong, eat more meat if you want to build muscle, you cant even effectively lose weight if you cut your calories too much, especially if you have intense training. and meat isn't the only source of good protein, your leaving out nuts and other kinds of legumes, and low fat or fat free dairy products as well.

Simply lower your calory intake to the calory intake of a lighter person then burn off the fat storege thru SIMPLE exersize. Oh and I've done more reading than you think. I can make anyone lose 20 kilos within 1 month and not look like a flaby pankake at the end. So yeah eat lesss is the simple trouth.

  • Lol. Well to start this off, i am no where obese*, i am indeed fit. Second, yes it is as simple as that, but IF YOU DO EXERCISE*. Third many in third world countries either barely get ANYTHING at all to eat which yea if you did that, you definitely would lose weight, but you'd be destroying your body, and your mind, or they walk everywhere because that is their only form of transportation, and that is a big form of exercise.

  • A news studdy???? Fuck I've known it for years... Just go to a martial arts school and ask them about sprinting whyle joggintg it's 1:2 that is 1 min. sprint 2 min. rest.
