No shit, they have time to come to our apartment to try and bust underage drinking, but when our apartment was broken into while were sleeping it took 15 minutes to get there...We live right on Burlington next to the U of Iowa Police Station...I old, crippled handicapped woman could have there from the police station in a fraction of the time...They never caught the people who broke in...
