  • An unusual thing about this song is that it hit a new wave of popularity in the underground scene in Paris in the late'80s.

    In small clubs and at parties in that town back in '88 this song kept popping up. It was pretty strange.

    This is why I went looking for it on this web site. I was a musician there in those days and in late summer of '88 this song seemed to be everywhere.

    Nice song but the situation seemed a bit odd.

  • @Arkady63 This song I remember was used in an ad about 10 years ago which I loved so much. It was for a nissan car but changed the song title to no car today. And then they changed the lyrics a bit but still sounded the same way as this. At the time I didn't know what the origin was until I asked my mother what it was. And then just now I heard it for the first time! And now I know how this sounds like originaly. Brilliant.
