This Shit Crashed My SpringBoard And Put Me In Safe-Mode So I Had To Delete It And It Took It Back Off Safe-Mode So I Recommend That If You Have iPhone 3GS With Firmware 4.0.1 That You Should Not Do This It Won't Mess It Up But It Fucks Your Spring-Board Up Until You Delete It , ;)

What You Need To Do Is Go Back Into Cydia While In Safe-Mode And Click On Manage Then Goto Packages And Delete Iphone RepoPrep And That Will Take Stack Cracked Off Your Iphone And Respring Your Iphone And Take It Off Safe Mode Back To Your Original Settings You Had It At Before You Installed The Stack Cracked
