Mark was brought in to work on madden arcade this was shot during the super bowl remember. he did work on madden arcade look at the credits, from my knowledge hes working on madden 11 but to a certen extent not much thow hes also working on a few other football arcade style madden type stuff for wii. and most of his work on madden is for the wii! the madden series for wii is mostley arcade type stuff right? so thats why they brought that foo in!
you know what pisses me off, madden 10 when you try passing to a big name receiver for instance, brandon marshall or larry fitzgerald.. no matter who the receiever the cornerback still manages to keep up with the great wide receiver or when you pass it to them going deep the cornerback beats the reciever

Ian makes me want to stick him in the face. he looks like he should be directing skate board games. not being raceist, but there are no black people working on the game that iv seen so far.
Ea just Cares about the child customers who likes long bombs big runs and the easy arcade style of play, look at the madden challenge or the arcade bowl it should be called, those guys glitch so game exploits, talk trash etc,, that's the kind of customer ea wants. Not sim ballers because it's too hard to please the sim crowd, because they want the real nfl not the arcade version.
You won't ever see sim ballers on the madden challenge, because the ratings would drop, they can't have that.
The Only thing that could become good about this is nothing, madden 11 might be a smoke and mirror act more then anything else i hope i'm wrong, but the ea track record speaks for it's self.
Ea is only interested in one thing MONEY not their own statement if it's in the game it's in the game, But it should be if it's in the game then buy 2k8 because it won't be in this game.

normally i would point out the development side of things, but now it's time to throw in the towel madden 11 is an arcade game. thanks to the knuckleheads that bought madden arcade. to me madden died when it had 'bought' the nfl license
I don't know if this man can pull off the sim/arcade football in the same game, and although it's a completely different genre Forza 3 made it possible to have both simulation and arcade racing. I'm just not trying to lose complete hope, this is the only NFL licensed game.
@versuz2 Well like I said with the choice to go arcade or sim you've got a lot of assists to play with. I prefer going full sim with all assists off. With a so many cars and performance upgrades available it's a great game. Those that are used to all the visual upgrades like in NFS may be a tad disappointed but that's not to say there aren't a ton of wheels and a respectable amount of body upgrades.

That's for pointing this video out, I was thinking the same damn thing when I watched it a few days ago. It don't make sense. Madden 2011 us almost already a bust, I don't understand why they don't hire somebody from the 2k team to help them on this bullshit, instead they just hire abunch of YES men that tells them that a feature that's bullshit is good and needed.

normally i would point out the development side of things, but now it's time to throw in the towel madden 11 is an arcade game. thanks to the knuckleheads that bought madden arcade. to me madden died when it had 'bought' the nfl license

I don't know if this man can pull off the sim/arcade football in the same game, and although it's a completely different genre Forza 3 made it possible to have both simulation and arcade racing. I'm just not trying to lose complete hope, this is the only NFL licensed game.

@versuz2 Well like I said with the choice to go arcade or sim you've got a lot of assists to play with. I prefer going full sim with all assists off. With a so many cars and performance upgrades available it's a great game. Those that are used to all the visual upgrades like in NFS may be a tad disappointed but that's not to say there aren't a ton of wheels and a respectable amount of body upgrades.

That's for pointing this video out, I was thinking the same damn thing when I watched it a few days ago. It don't make sense. Madden 2011 us almost already a bust, I don't understand why they don't hire somebody from the 2k team to help them on this bullshit, instead they just hire abunch of YES men that tells them that a feature that's bullshit is good and needed.

And lol at the guy who says you can run the ball well in Madden 10. Do these guys even play their own game? It's sad really, that on next gen consoles, 6 years later, they still haven't even come close to being as good as NFL 2K5...

i want to point somethin out to you, do u noitice that nobody on any developmental team that makes SIMULATION sports video games have any ON field/court/rink etc experiene. how can u truely a realistic game when the person that makes it has never played a DOWN or taken a SHOT. why not bring guys in. the guys that play madden and live and 2k. wouldnt that make alot of sense.
