Warhammer pvp is slower then WoW and i have beta experiance i can tell you for sure. Warhammer is like WoW in essence, eventually your goals on warhammer will be, grind to max level by questing or plain grinding, do Raids, pvp in some kind of battleground or look for players to kill around "red territory" [contested for WoW] sounds familar eh?
not really, the fact that world pvp in WOW is dead could be one thing to look at. PVP raids are a lot more fun than PVE raids personally. All MMO's are the same in essence, they can only build off eachother.

I can see getting exp while having fun in a scenario or killing a random player in the outdoor world would for me be a lot easier way to level, and a lot more fun.

Well dont get me wrong, i didnt say war was a bad game. Its decent but the expectancy that it had died during beta. You dont get ALOT of experience from rvr exp you get plenty more PVE and level faster which gets you to end game quicker. Basically what happened to me was i hit end game had a bit of fun but the pvp really got to me on how bad it was seeing how slow it was.
The world pvp in WoW is the same as Warhammer trust me contested and red territory is all the same you grab quests and do them around that area. Fight people or finish quest thats it.
not really, WOW doesn't have large area's in each zone devoted to rvr, with RVR quests, and you get flagged for RVR as soon as you enter it, even on pve servers. If you want to level faster and have some fun and get neat rewards you'll go in there and pvp and have a good time. Now granted, maybe 2 years down the line, these areas will be just as dead as the equivalent is in world of warcraft now.

eh, will prolly be very crappy with that, myself i have 2.6ghz processor and 1gb ram, and i think i will need a 3.0ghz and 2gb ram if i want it to room smoothly, prolly wiht2 hgz and 1 gig ram u should be able to play just fine, but dont expect smoothness much
1.7ghz, 512ram, 256mt video card here, hopefully it will run even with the crappiest settings. I use crappiest settings even in wow to get rid of every possible "lag" spike even when it runs pretty well with full settings.

It will be a tier based advancment. As you advance though these tree your character starts to evolve, to change. For example a fighter type will get larger and get more scars and weather beaten skin etc while a chaos caster will start to look more "chaosy". A bright wizard more fire etc. No longer will your chracters gear change only your apperance pysically will also change. As for the WoW copy crap, does WoW have that? No I didnt think so. GG no re.

Ok, I've been playing free MMO's and a few trial accounts for p2p MMO's, and unfortunately Nightfall(just gets boring after lvl 8 or so). so far the only ones that I've found that are worth paying for are Auto-assault(Maybe), and EVE online(Trials restrict me to much... only cruisers). But when this comes out, there's a chance that if theres an open beta, or trial I can play, that this will make me want to pay for it. Plus the fact that it's warhammer is a plus.

Yep... Lol... Dont get why people go and say "WoW was the original MMORPG of all time!" Or "War is full copy of Wow". For example War has RvR content that lacks from WoW. And Guess what is coming in the new Wotlk expansion of WoW? Some kind of RvR content... So whose copyign from who?

also blizzard worked with games workshop for awhile. GW has sued blizz and settled out of court twice i believe. so wow can be all original mmo and shit but they copied warhammer and changed it just enough. that being said i hate fanboys and i want to play a decent game where i dont pick flowers one min and slay the dragon the next because...well, thats just fucking weak as all hell

Ok, I've been playing free MMO's and a few trial accounts for p2p MMO's, and unfortunately Nightfall(just gets boring after lvl 8 or so). so far the only ones that I've found that are worth paying for are Auto-assault(Maybe), and EVE online(Trials restrict me to much... only cruisers). But when this comes out, there's a chance that if theres an open beta, or trial I can play, that this will make me want to pay for it. Plus the fact that it's warhammer is a plus.

Warhammer is NOT LIKE WARCRAFT.
True warcraft was suppose to be Warhammer (first warcraft) but the idea got ditched, ever wonder why Orks and orcs are kinda similar or so? Anyway, even if they are MMOs, theres a huge difference between the 2. I played WoW for as long as I can remember but this is WAY different

your friend doesn't know shit about either game then...tell him to play WoW a little more and tell me they're the same...If he still says they're the same, he's ignorant or stupid, or both. The only thing they have in common is magic, orcs, hitting stuff, and they're both MMORPGs. WoW bores me...cant wait til Warhammer. Blizzard loses my money as soon as this game comes out.

Bah they are just idiots man. Games workshop made blizzard what they are today. If it wasn't for warhammer table top there would have been no Warcraft. Also if it where not for DAOC there would have been no horde vs alliance, PvP rewards, and PvP battlegrounds in WoW. What the morons don't realize is that this has all been done before by Mythic and Games workshop before Blizzard was even on the radair.

War has a better graphic engine but could be better. But better graphic is a problem for many users. The only thing wow needs is ram to play nearly liquid.
But War stays a copy of wow maybe without so many bugs maybe not maybe better for the one maybe not.
It will be a faith war like Intel or AMD, ATI oder Nvidia

The one who says wow is gay or war is gay is gay themself. Both games are as similar to each other as nothing else. The weaks of Wow are known so that war can fill this lags at release. Blizz works on a better PVP system maybe they will get it anytime, maybe with BC.

Warcraft came way after Warhammer and this games look is based on warhammer fantasy battle. It's a minature War game in a fantasy setting. Go look at www.warhammer.com, this game is PVP based and will have capitol sieges and won't be a gigantic crappy raidfest like WoW either so go call it "gay" and keep playing WoW. Hopefully WAR won't have immature idiots like you playing it.

Oh, by the way. Ever seen Diablo II? Act 5? The preview of it looked as though it was taken straight from there.
They pretty much took bits and peices from blizzard games, reworded some things, and called it a new game.

Really, so there was never any type of mythology or anything before Warhammer TT. Thats new to me. How bout you all just STFU and play whatever game you like. And yes it is similiar to WoW, but all MMO's are similiar in some aspects.
And BTW if there wasn't WoW with it's 8.5 million subscribers, this game probably wouldn't have seen the light of day, b/c WoW proved that MMO's can be profitable, which is what it all boils down to anyways.
