@saturnluvr It's even worse with the crap they air in its time slot. They replaced AMC with that garbage? The worst thing Agnes Nixon ever did was sell to ABC way back when. Because of that, we won't be seeing them again, I'm afraid.
my mom has been watching the show since she was a little kid and she finds that the show is a big stress reliever i like to watch the show too and we wish that the show was back on the air. mom has been a faithful watcher since the 70's please bring the show back.

@Huggerr8401 Yeah. I don't think it will even get off the ground. They have signed 3 actors thus far. If they want to start airing episodes in January, then they have to start filming in a few weeks. That means they need a CAST so they can actually write a script. They also need to hire a staff and rent a studio, get everything in place etc. Seems to be a hell of a lot to do in just about a month. I never thought it would fly and nothing has changed my mind up to this point.
Just to continue, it makes this last episode even more sad. So many questions that might never get answered. As opposed to the original planned 2 hour ending with a Lost-esque flash forward just for the audience to see how their favorite characters will be doing years down the road. All gone because of PP. :(

I loved the songs at the end. I have watched ALL MY CHILDREN since DAY. I just don't understand what ABC was thinking of. However I will not be watching THE CHEW, no matter what. As a matter of fact I do not even turn the Channel 7 until 2 pm and that is to watch GH, then off it goes. My voice may not count to ABC, and tha is fine, but I willnot support them in anthing that they do in daytime TV.

@bellasong75 I was home and was tempted. Then I saw there was no little red light on the dvr and it hit me. There is no show to watch. Major withdrawal after watching daily for weeks. Now it's cold turkey.
I actually started watching around 2006, and could instantly see the chemistry between the two characters. Then they killed Dixie and my heart broke because I'd never see them together. Stopped watching several years ago, but started again when I heard Dixie was alive. Have watched your clips over and over again. I am actually really depressed since Friday and feel like I lost two friends I enjoyed seeing. I'm near tears...isn't that insane? Maybe I should be an Oak Haven lady :)
@alleypea ...and you only started in '06. Imagine what the rest of us feel like. We've seen 'em since '89. On again off gain and back on for 22 years. Now, we have nothing but memories. Good ones but still. Nothing left to look forward to. It's sad. It does feel like losing friends.
@daboys1215 I'm about the same age as Tad, and have watched the show since the later 70's, and have ALWAYS video taped it to watch at night - I do feel more than a sense of "withdrawal"! I know there were some storylines that "went on" too long, I know that there were some characters I found uninteresting, but I ALWAYS watched it - it's like losing a friend - I really hope that it continues on-line, and if so, I will find a way to tape it. If anyone knows of a Cable continuation pls. share...
Two days later and I'm still grieving this loss. I gave myself through the weekend to reconcile myself with the absence of my fave couple..lol! After today I gotta stop watching them so much! I never expected for TnD to become such a habit, again! After so many years, they have remained under my skin! Incredible! Ok...back to reality..lol!

Thank goodness she and Tad are together so she didn't have to go through this alone.They all did a really good job but I've grown to really like J.Y. And, of course, MEK and CM have been extraordinary. So glad I got to see all of this:)

AMC was passed down to me thru my aunt and mom lol! I got instantly hooked on TnD over the summer. I was so bummed when school started. We didnt have a vcr so I had my mom record it with a tape recorder lol! I rushed home everyday so I could listen to the show. Yeah, I had it BAD..lol! Not much has changed apparently:) I specifically remember listening to the ep when TnD were hiding in an old general store after he broke her out of LH.I I will never forget TnD! TOGETHER.....*....FOREVER!

The abandoned store. That's where he told her that she was in love with him. Man, I use to cut classes sometimes just to go home and watch. LOL I will never forget TnD.

Haven't been one since j.r/high school. But I would occasionally check in to see TnD. With all the talented people on the show I'm just not interested unless TnD are on. Together they have this uncanny spark that compels me to watch them. They are just as incredible now as they were when they fell in love!
