It's not bloody mary, it's muscle getting used to the arm twist. That why you close eyes. Every time you take her arms and moving them, muscle getting used to it and after the last time, she feels that someone is taking her arms up it's actually her self, her muscles. Here is a better version:

Put the arms in to your pockets (arms have to be straight) and bring them up (they must stay in the pockets) hold it like that for 30 seconds and take your arms out of your pockets and relax them, ----

My friend does it like this he counts to 10 then stomps once then he snaps ten timmes then he crosses the arms and does it to 5 then to 1 then he says "Bloodymary, Bloodymary come and raise my hands now" then his hands raise
