Considering half the videos you have up on your page are of sloppy women shaking their sloppy asses ...all I can deduce is HATING. If you don't like what you see on my channel....sweetie...CHANGE the channel. I don't need you nasty ass negativity on mine. If you ACTUALLY worked out and APPLIED yourself you could have a sexy fitness channel of your own ;) Hi HATER!

  • Nice work. I can remember when I could hardly do 3 and I couldn't go all the way down (head almost touching floor). Now I'm up to about 8-10 pushups with my head almost touching the floor. Keep at it!

    By almost touching, I mean I can feel my hair (pretty short) touch the floor, but I try not to let my head touch so I don't get comfortable with the support taken off my arms. So come closer to the floor and good luck.

  • Do them without a wall! There's an 8-year old on You Tube that does it. Search for "Crazy 8 Year old gymnast" and you'll see it!

  • Put a cinderblock under each hand and you can increases your range of motion from about 2 inches, to 8+, resulting in a much better workout.

  • nicely done. my only criticism is that there is a very limited range of motion... you should try using 2 chairs parallel to each other so you can fully extend the muscles (meaning your head goes in between the two chairs)... do those and people will truly be impressed.
