There is no contact, you aren't allowed to shoot the ball fast, very strict checking, and your stick can't have any kind of real pocket. That's not a sport. Plus, the balls are yellow. Seriously? @RulyLeviiii you have to have skill. you cant just go out there not able to catch and throw and with a barley acceptable cradle. im going into my second season and i had to perfect my cradle as much as possible and wish i couldv done it with my non dom hand and now i have that done with practice. u have to be fast in womens lax. im a fast runner and its extremly helpful to be able to just bolt through the defense and go to goal. my speed has helped alot in scoring the goals i scored this season
