Cooking with Coffee: Chinwart Chilli Pie

Thats like a chilli con carne shepherds pie! I learned that if you put a teaspoon of cocoa in your chilli it works. Its TEx Mex food isn't it. Not strictly Mexican. But they use cocoa down there. When I saw the title "Cooking With Coffee" I thought you were going to put coffee in it ha!

@Coffeeandasliceolife It adds a subtle flavour which is tradtionally Mexican and it makes it really silky. Chilli and chocolate really work together. I was surprised
