Wendy Bagwell, and The Sunliters, were the first Southern Gospel Music Group to perform, in Carnegie Hall, this recording, was from the late 60's, or the very early 70's, song written by Dottie Rambo.
thank you so much for posting this song it brings back so many memories me and my sister inlaw used to sing this song all the time. thank you and god bless.
Thanks for posting this song. I have a lot of their record albums. I give U 5 *****. If U ever come across any more from them please send them my way.
This has to be in the early '60's. When my brother was little he had all of Wendy Bagwell's stories on records. They were such a good trio. Saw Jan on a few of the Gaither shows. Still looks the same. A beautiful lady. Thank you for the video
Boy, does this bring back the memories! Where in the world did you get this? This has to be from back in the 60s. Sadly, Wendy and Geraldine are no longer with us. Little Jan, now married to Jerry Goff, continues singing God's praises! Thank you so much for posting this. If you have others from this era, those would be great to see/hear also. God bless you! I just love this great group...the king of story telling Wendy Bagwell ...boy if you only had him telling the Rattlesnake Story on video you would have a real classic for sure...I am not sure if anyone has that story or even the famous Voltswagon story..when I was on radio the phone always was ringing for one of his stories...thanks for the posting.
I would do forbidden things to Wendy Bagwell if you know what i mean. Keep winking that eye you sultry little tempress.
