Hey Jawoosh that was really encouraging! i haven't seen a video like this on Youtube before! I've been chubby since i was a kid myself and i've lost weight by just being on a diet.

The Workout won't help you that much unless,you're doing it like every day for 3 hours straight, but it helps to grow muscles!So i know what it's like.

My doc thinks Im more healthy and may have just won 1 extra year of life!
