its better to turn off the autofocus especially when the subject is that still.....that feature does rock though for times when you just want to film your friends, family, or some telephoto situations

望遠だから　どんぐりの音はきこえないのですよね。

Because it is a telephoto lens.... I think that I do not hear the sound of the acorn which a squirrel eats.
